Gallery module changes for Silverstripe CMS

Both are open source.
Currently the gallery module works well but needs additional features:
* **Feature needed : ability to add an image for video to be used as a thumbnail**
More info : the image should come from the existing upload system and be able to be taken and modified in a similar manner to how the images are handled for the rest of the CMS
* **Feature needed : audio player on the gallery**
More info : SS can deal with audio files but a simple thumbnail appears. I would like to have the ability for someone to play the audio file from within the web page. I would like to have a player that takes the audio files and puts them in a playlist format like :

Using that flash file would be fine, as long as the xml would be created/edited by the audio gallery
