Google Ranking for domain and [login to view URL] utility in PHP

I would like a simple Google ranking checker for domain and [url removed, login to view] that will check up to 100 URLs at time from a box utility. I would like the results to show the URLs with the PR to the left in Ajax and post them as they are checked. The results would be the ranking #1 in the SERP for domain and domain.com. This gives you an idea if the site is under a Google penalty. Then I would like a copy button (I have coder for this that works in IE6/7, FF1.5/2.0, Safari 2.x/3b) that will copy the list with the PR to the right with LF on each line so I can add the results to a text file. Need to be added to design template (if you can do this table-less that would be nice). Page needs to be w3c validated. Doctype will be XHTML 1.0 Strict. Cross browser for IE6/7, FF 1.5/2.0, Safari 2.x/3b. Code should be written using a light weight MVC framework (I consider SMARTY bloatware). The tool will be a public Internet tool hosted on a LAMP box. The coder that does this tool will be offered a number of RAC job doing tools. I also need a proxy system to scrape the results from.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
