Install Flash Banner on Website

? I recently had my website [url removed, login to view] redesigned, I then had a flash banner designed.? The new design has not been uploaded under applyfastbankcards domain? but is? currently online at [url removed, login to view]

I am looking for someone who can install a flash header onto my homepage, add my analytics to every page, add a jpg header to my other pages, and upload my site onto my [url removed, login to view] hosting account.? ? ?

I have a zip file? With it, is a folder called ActiveX. It is a fix for the MS browser "click to activate" problem. There's a text file with simple instructions in case your web guy doesn't know how to use it.
