Javascript/CSS/AJAX/PHP Expert Needed For Easy Fixes

I have a eCommerce website that's built on PHP.
I need a professional who's experience with AJAX, PHP, CSS, and Javascript for when I have trouble. I need someone who has a immediate turn-around rate so we can have a long-term business relationship when I have a quick fix needed.
I will only pay accordingly to the fix that's needed at the time. Majority of the time these fixes can be done within minutes for someone who can understand these languages.
