Javascript Feed into JSON with API access - open to bidding

I need to convert JavaScript feeds from the FA Fultime website to json data. Can you do this?

So I need to be able to pull the fixtures, tables and results from the 3 different feeds that are available and put the information in a database that can then be accessed via API via JSON for access by an mobile app

Is it possible to create an interface that could then have the leagues added to?

If you could let me know if this is something you can do along with an idea of timeframes and cost I would be grateful.
