Native Japanese HTML coder needed

Japanese coder needed to make changes to Japanese website. You will need the following skills and abilities:

- Native Japanese language skills (you will be working with our Japanese staff)

- advanced HTML skills

- advanced PHP skills

- advanced Javascript skills (hand-coding)

For example, you should have no trouble hand-coding HTML like the following:

If the above looks difficult to you, please do NOT bid on this job.

For a skilled programmer, this job will take no more than 30 minutes. You will just be adding 5 images to a web page.

If you do a good job, there is more work available.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional HTML for all work done.

2. Screenprints of the web page in IE 4+, Firefox 2+, and Safari to demonstrate that the page looks good in various browsers.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in our environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Test page and verify appearance is similar with IE 4+, FF 2+, and Safari. Server environment is Debian
