To build a dating website

Hi, I am looking for a website function similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] . It must look professional, aesthetic and eye-catching.

besides that I would like to have networking function as [url removed, login to view] built in and a feature to leave feedback like ebay to registered member for other members to view.

paypal and cheque payment module must be integrated in this script,

some of the function I need are private msg'ing, Instant msg'ing, whois online, basic search, advance search, chat 1-1 Peer2Peer(prefer this in flash but not necessary) and also multi-channel chat, newest member, online/offline mode, photo gallery, virtual hugs/kiss, etc. A peer to peer personal webcam chat system.

Admin control panel, easily modifiable templates etc

Complete ownership, copyrights and distribution rights of all works purchased.

All works must be original and no copyright or patent infringement.

I want coders that I can work with long term on this project.

Payment Terms:

-50% of payment after installation at my website. another 50% will be released after testing within 3 ~ 5 days.

- Allow minor bug fixes at no charge up to 6 months.

- Extra bonus of USD$25.00 will be awarded after 3 months if work done perfectly.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
