Fixing & upgrading an e107 website

We have a website based on e107 which is working for over 7 months. Recently, after we have posted an apporpriate post, a freelancer moved the site to another server. After the transfer has been done to the new server, the site had some problems accessing some of its pages. We tried to correct the most important ones. Now there are some pages like Menus, Preferences, Database, Plugins etc within the admin area that are not accessible. The site is online and it is working without any other problems, although the admin cannot access these pages.

1. We need a freelancer to correct these problems without puting the site into any danger of beeing off-line.

2. We need the site to be upgraded to the last version of e107

Usefull info :

1. The site is in Greek

2. The database is in ISO format and need to be translated to UTF-8
