Setup Linux Server with FFMPEG for video uploads

Hi,
I am adding a video upload script to my website. To do this I am following this tutorial:

Unfortunately before I can do the PHP coding (which I am happy to do myself) I need to install FFmpeg (with libx264), Flvtool2, qt-faststart and the mod_h264_streaming mod on my linux server. I am no good with Linux or servers so I would like someone to do this for me.
Once this is done I will need to be provided with the path to the binaries of FFmpeg, qt-faststart and Flvtool2 for my php configuration file ...example shown below:
