I'm looking for a script that will pull Apartment/Townhome Rentals for my area.

I'm thinking a script that pulls RSS/XML feeds from various websites and sources and then displays the information on my site.

I would like to keep the visitors on my site as long as possible.

I of course want to keep it legit and only scrape if the source allows screen scraping and does not mind.

Would like to be able to style the results with CSS, call them with a simple function that I can pass one of the city names or zip codes from my area.

Search options, browse options (such as number of beds/baths) would be nice. A Google Map mash up would be really nice.

Please keep it simple, as there is not a large budget for this project.
