Project for Saulo Vera $350

I require a HTML5 web site that is designed to be in the viewing specifications of a web based app for access on smartphones (iphone and android), as well as for company users who only have access to a standard PC/MAC.

The site is to have/include:

- load screen

- registration page

- login page

-Additional pages thta integrate the database information for users to upload information and individually select.

This will be explained in more detail also.

All screen layouts and information will be released to project freelancer.

The registration scripts will depending on information given link to specific databases.

In example: if you select that you are from group 1 then you will only recieve data and be able to upload data to the group 1 database.

I also require the option at in future updates to be able to add in more "Group" selection options and corresponding databases so an admin portal for myself is also needed.

Partial payment will be put up as Escrow if requrested, however money will not be transfered without proof of work and database testing.
