I want to create a real big website. This website gonna be a community site.

This is the features required (sorry for my bad english, i'm french) :

- Every visitors can see all the stock in the website

- The website have a member area (needed to add stock). This member area need "email, username, pass, last name, first name)

- The member can add stuff like :

- PowerPoint files (.pps)

- Vidéos (.avi, .mpg, .mpeg, .mov, .flv, etc...)

- pictures (.jpg, .gif, etc...)

- Flash games (.swf and other if this exist)

- Wallpapers (many size like 1600x1200, 1024x768, 1480x1050, and many more).

- Jokes

- Fonts (.ttf and others)

- Smileys

- Avatars

- Music (.mp3)

- Link (http://...)

All stock who is add have to be approved by the administrator or a moderator.

Administrator can add moderator.

Member can have a TRUST LABEL who give him chance to add stock without verification.

Administrator, moderator and member have a area who all is simple and fast to navigate.

Administrator, moderator and member can add commentary to all the stock in the website. (protect by Security code)

Administrator, moderator and member can putt in FAVORITE every thing in the website (theses favorites can be view in the

member area.

Administrator, moderator and member can put in FAVORITE every members of his choice.

Administrator, moderator and member can send message to other members (internal message). (protect by Security code)

Administrator, moderator and member can have points for the participation. (something like 5 pts for every stock add).

Website have a menu in left for navigation in all category.

Website have a page for newest thing. (Link to many pages for all the stock)

Website have a page for random stock. (Link to many pages for all the stock)

Website have a page for popular stock. (Link to many pages for all the stock)

Website have a page for clouds tags (for google).

Website have a member page who can-be viewed with a simple link like this ([url removed, login to view]). Members can

send this URL to friends and familly to share stock.

Website show on right menu ; 20 members with most points, 20 newest members, link to all members list, new stock, etc...)

Website show all member list by Username (no email, no name). Members can send internal messages to others members.

Members can disable the option of receiving message from other members.

Website show ADDTHIS feature on every page ([url removed, login to view])

Website show ADD TO FAVORITE on every page.

Website show SEND TO A FRIEND on every page.

Website show a RATE THIS on every stock page and show average result (ajax will be good to protect agains auto click)

Website show the commentary on every page. (show 10 last and other can appear if someone click on see all commentary)

Website show tag, catégory name, subcategory, autor, date added on every stock page. (all with correct links)

Website show many place for publicity with easy mannagment.

Website have a search engine.

Website have a newsletter, every page have a form to add email to the newsletter. (newsletter is host by another website,

email, name and first name is required)

Website show last search and most popular search.

Website have a automatic RSS Flux (for website, categories, tag, members and other...)

Website is search engine friendly (to maximise google and other search engine)

Website show on top of the page the title of the stock in the page (like ; funny animals animation powerpoint) (good for

google)

Website have a automatic creation of thumbnails for picture.

Website have a partners section with all parners list by VISITOR IN.

Partner section have many informations like (title website, description, domains name ([url removed, login to view]), adresse of the link,

number of hits in/out (in last 48 hours), total in/out (all time).

A webmaster can add website by submission who need to be approved. (protect by Security code)

Stock page have a REPORT THIS for let visitor tell if the page is in error. (protect by Security code)

Everyone can contact administrator (not member too) with contact page. (protect by Security code)

EVERY WORDS ON THE WEBSITE HAVE TO BE ADD IN A TRANSLATION PAGE WHERE I CAN CHANGE THE ENGLISH FOR FRENCH TERMS. (HTML CODE)

Random stock will be show on right menu.

Website show a table with "Visitor online - Members online - visitor in last day - member in last day)

Website show statistic like :

Stock on website : 11 498

Stock on pictures : 1 546

Stock on wallpapers : 2 098

Stock on powerpoint : 567

etc...

Number of members : 1209

Number of new members (48 hours) : 25

Administration area give posibility to :

A administration private page with basic html will be done to create the newsletter. With new stock in last day.

Sitemap have to be done automaticly. (RSS too).

Finnaly, make a very nice website for a community with lots of features and well done job... :-)

We have many project and poeple who give us a really good job and price will have many other occasion of working together.

French poeple will be good, but not necessary)
