Very simple Facebook Application using MySql, PHP, JavaScript and iFrames to create a garden community around the world.

**Use Cases in plain english:**
*New user starts the application:*
The user will be requested to accept being added to the application.
Upon entering, he is able to save a new crop in his database or search for other gardeners.
*User makes a search:*
Users can search in past or future. Searches are matched if ALL the drop-down items are exactly equal. If the user optionally specifies conditions, these will further reduce the number of matches. Users can also opt to restrict the search based on the sex of the other gardeners.
*User wants to save a crop:*
Users cannot save crops in dates previous to today's date, but future dates are ok.
All drop-down boxes must be filled. Conditions are optional and may or may not be filled.
Upon saving, if user wants to edit, he will be forced to delete this and re-enter.
When saving, the crop immediately appears in the list of saved crops in reverse chronological order (more recent on top).
*User wants to remove a crop:*
He can select the tick boxes on the side of each specific crop in his crop list. Delete will remove all the selected items. A confirmation dialog should appear to confirm this action. The attached ppt shows "Radio buttons" but they are not really appropriate for this. They should be tickboxes.
"VERY IMPORTANT: There is a catch. Unless you read the specifications carefully, including the enclosed PPT you will not succeed with your bid. We will delete all bids that come from people who do not read the specs. Thank you for being one who does."
HERE IS A NEW PROCEDURE THAT I THINK SHOULD MAKE IT EASIER FOR BOTH PARTIES.

The work should be carried in less than 10 working days ( 2 weeks)
1) You show me the GUI on a first delivery (1/3 time)
2) You demonstrate the SAVE functionality on a second delivery (2/3 time)
3) The whole app is fully functional on a third delivery (
4) The complete app is fully functional on my webserver (Save a few hours for support)
The application should be loaded into Facebook and tested by me in order to be accepted as "working". (Step 3). The next step will be to just move the app to my own servers and perform a final test. I will overtake the app from you in Facebook. (Step 4)
You should create testers so I am able to test it with a few users in both cases. (Steps 3 and 4).
IF YOU WANT A DIFFERENT SCHEDULE IT IS OK BUT WE NEED TO AGREE IN WRITING!!!!!
