Magento Vendor office

I am looking to simply create a vendor office section for my Magento "classic template" ecommerce website.? This office view will allow the vendor to create their own account by answering? several basic? questions (company name, contact, fax, etc.). It will allow them to upload a picture of their product, information, etc.? Since the products will be distributed from our warehouse, I want them to see a view of the inventory for each product, and a few other demographic information from the consumers that purchased the product.?

I am looking to create a vendor office.? There will be 3 parts.

1. The vendor can create their own account by answering the following type questions.

2. The vendor can upload their product information

*Since the vendor will actually be sending us the products and we will? ship them out, the administrator needs to? be alerted? when a? new vendor? joins.? Then they will put different options that the vendor will see from their office view.

*This would obviously have to integrate with the consumer's login's information.? So the consumer would sign up and answer the following questions, which is where the vendor will get the information.
