Squeeze Page Design

I would like a squeeze page designed (I already have the squeeze page's capture lines eg. name and email) I just want the page around the box designed so I can then customize it for organic clicks so it must have links on it for: contact us, privacy policy, about us and disclaimer.

Please let me know if i need to be more specific about what is required.

Please design the page in HTML only and match the design to the capture box that I already have the HTML code for.

## Deliverables

This is a squeeze page.

I will right the copywrite for the content of the page I would like it formatted to have a nice looking font though please, in congruency with the html already provided.

It is to be titled "Awesome Abdominals" but no logo is required to be placed on the page.

The links requested (About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer) don't need to be large links just small ones on the bottom of the page for SEO purposes. I don't need the other pages designed just the squeeze page to capture leads.
