I'm launching a domain development service and need a skilled wordpress coder to help me with bringing into life new websites and blogs while I focus on selling the final products.

## Deliverables

YOU'LL BE TASKED WITH:

1. Domain registration

2. Installing premium wordpress themes.

3. Tweaking of individual themes to have a unique look and feel.

4. Configuring all new installations with plug-ins and related SEO settings

5. Adding customised footer links, promoting the our service.

6. Hard coding of themes according to the niche requirement. For an example, I have a real estate theme, which I'll be using for various niche markets since it's functionality can be adopted to different niche markets.

7. You'll have to deliver 3 finished blogs/websites per day (RANGES BETWEEN 1-5 HOURS).

8. You'll create new account on HostGator for each domain.
