In my current site I cant put any link in description of the product

1. I want ability to put links(links to live demo site)in description of product.

2. I want some features of [url removed, login to view] & like when you login it shows credits in account on top bar credits are always visible.

3. I want ability to upload flash content and where user can view flash content when user hovers on thumbnail .swf flash file should load see example:

4. I Want to show pricing under thumbnails [url removed, login to view]

like this:

I have already working and live site, I just want to enhance user experience.
