Google map marker clustering

I am looking for someone to make a turnkey web site. Main element? on that website is? My Google Map with? about? 25000 markers. I have GPS coordinates and some text+photos to? each marker. When clicking one of the markers a POP up will appear. That POP up will have Photo, some text, youtube video and some links.

**Website needs to work fast.** Due to huge amouth of markers normal my google map is not an option. Therefore I am looking for someone who can make? my website based on? own clustering script. Another approach is? install third party clustering service like? <[login to view URL]>? to the website.

For own? own clustering script (installed and fully operational) I am willling to pay more. If we agree that the best? approach is using third party clustering service then the? task should be easier and? salary? is less.
