php MYSQL XML send xml request to ebay and update mysql db.

i want to send the complete sale request to ebay this will send shipping information to ebay about orders and update my database to confirm order is shipped on ebay

I think this is all that needs to be sent but the task is to update ebay with tracking so please check I am correct in documentation before bidding.

Once order is sent to ebay and response comes back ok then database needs to be updated "set ebayupdated=y" when ebay returns success. So when script is ran it will only send orders to ebay that has a value of ebayupdated=N.
