Help with php / mySQL shopping cart (small fix)

1. i have a custom php shopping cart. i need someone to reconfigure an update to it. currently it writes to a /tmp partition on my server but i need it to change to write to a /tmp directory in my site directory instead.
2. there is an error that just came about on my cart that is not allowing me to login:
Fatal error: Class 'Files' not found in /chroot/home/eightzer/[url removed, login to view] on line 32
i would like to connect with someone to help me with these programming issues and possibly work in the future.
i estimate this to be a 1-3 hour fix.
immediate help is needed. i would like to hire upon the first several applicants.
