Hi,
I need a simple to use and customized cloud based application to manage our sales and project management. we are into ISO certification consulting.
The application need to be in cloud and must have capability for enquiry management, sales management and project management with option for customization of process flow and dashboard.
I need the following as per our current process flow to be captured in the application.
Enquiry management with capturing details of the client, tracking etc.
Automatic mails to clients which are not closed.
Enquiry converted into project
Project planning
Project tracking and project execution
Project completion
Surveillance audit management
Automatic mails to clients for surveillance.
Dashboard
• Queries received today / week / fortnight / monthly / quarter.
• New clients today / week / fortnight / monthly / quarter / six month / year.
• Database of client with all the information as per excel sheet with approved quote / proposal / signed copy / PO. This should be searchable.
• New client, automatic notification to account for raising invoice.
• Project allocated to a consultant. Consultant to make plan and send to stakeholders.
• Ongoing project management with consultant. Consultant can update the status of current projects, send report to client post visit., current status updating and proposed completion.
• Pop up / notification in case of project reaching a milestone or completion module or final completion deadline.
• Once the project is completed by the consultant by adding completion details, notification to go to backoffice for updating of surveillance information.
• Weekly / monthly / six monthly / yearly report of pending surveillance.
• Popups /notification when a surveillance audit becomes overdue
• Weekly / monthly / daily due client anniversary / birthday report and mails to clients.
