Twitter RSVP Nike

We need a Twitter RSVP Nike bot, like many other people are requesting.

On the RSVP launch date, a participating Nike store will send an RSVP tweet at a random time, which is your signal that the RSVP process has started for that Nike store. Users must be following the participating Nike store on Twitter to receive the RSVP tweet. This tweet will include a product-specific hashtag that is circled in the attached image. Users must respond with the COMPLETE hashtag that is FULLY circled in the image, not a hashtag with a circle cutting through it, all within less than ONE second (realistically, in less than 0.30 seconds)

Once the RSVP tweet is sent, you must send a Direct Message (DM) to the Nike store in order to participate. The DM must include:

The complete launch product specific hashtag found circled in the image tweeted by the Nike store

Your first and last name

Your shoe size (limit one)

Example DM: #HASHTAG, NAME & LAST NAME, SHOE SIZE

As DMs with correct information are received by the Nike store, available launch product inventory will be checked and, subject to availability, the Nike store will send RSVP confirmation tweets via DM to successful participants, so this program has to be FAST!

**PROGRAM MUST DETECT WORDS IN THE IMAGE THAT ARE FULLY CIRCLED.****

I understand this will require some sort of OCR imaging programming.

We need someone who can code from scratch a brand new program that will detect a tweet immediately, read fully circled text from an image (OCR), and then direct message a twitter account with the text circled in the image of the tweet, with your size & full name. The program has to let me input 1.) full name, 2.) shoe size, 3.) twitter account to send direct message, 4.) twitter account to monitor [twitter account that will tweet the image] 5.) keyword that will pick up the tweet.

I also would need the ability to have the program to send direct messages from multiple twitter accounts and to various nike store twitters. *EACH TWITTER ACCOUNT SHOULD BE ABLE TO MONITOR ITS OWN NIKETOWN TWITTER*

An example of what I mean through process is this:

1) I input NAMES, SIZES, TWITTER ACCOUNTS TO SEND DIRECT MESSAGE from, and TWITTER ACCOUNTS THAT WILL RECEIVE THE DIRECT MESSAGE, and lastly a keyword that will pick up the tweet with the image.

2) NikeDC tweets [url removed, login to view] and program detects it right when they send,

2) The program needs to detect the circled hashtag (i.e. #Fresh in this situation but it can be different [for example, [url removed, login to view] , in this it is #glow])

4) Program needs to send a direct message TO THE NIKEDC from YOUR TWITTER account with the Hashtag, name, and shoe size

All steps must be completed quickly, and the process must take less then 1 second.

I should be able to set my delay time, if needed.

It should also include a log that says when the tweet is detected, and when the dm is sent
