We currently use Geodesic Classifieds Software which is written in PHP. However, we use it for our musician's booking agency. We would like you to make the following additions:
We would like you to create a form and its database fields. We know exactly in which file you need to do that, as we were told this by Geodesic.
The form should have the following fields:
Date of Event. Please put a calendar to the right side of the field so that a date can be picked and that date should then automatically be put in the date field.
Type of Event. Please add a drop-down list with one option called Option1. We will add the options in the code later.
Full Address incl. postcode of the event. (text area)
Arrival time. (please create a drop-down list of options. You only need to give a few options, like 9am, [url removed, login to view], 9.30am. We will add the others later)
Finish setting up by. (the same drop-down list as above)
Duration of set no.1 in minutes. (please create a drop-down list with the options 5, 10, 15, 20)
Duration of set no.2 in minutes. (please create a drop-down list with the options 5, 10, 15, 20)
Start time first set. (please use the same drop-down list that you created under "Arrival time")
Finish time last set. (please use the same drop-down list that you created under "Arrival time")
Additional info. (text area)
Submit. (The form should be sent to the admin email. We will let you know which email address it is)
Any changes that you make to existing software files should be clearly marked in the code. We would also like you to inform us of the exact changes you have made (the folders, files, lines etc.) so that when we have Geodesic software updates, your work doesn't get lost.
