jQuery form in 1.10.2 - repost

We need a reservation form using jQuery 1.10.2 with these changes.
Arrival & departure fields use datepickers. I prefer that they popup underneath and/or to the left. Not to the right. (I saw it cause problems when the window width is tight to the website width).
Departure field cannot be accessed until arrival date is selected.
If number of children is greater than zero, the first children's age field must contain a number between 1 and 16 - including 1 and 16.
That's all. second age field does not matter if it's filled or not.
The existing form script follows. You will need to supply the new tags.
