who is ? email problem ,,

i have alot of emails that are sending to my orgnization website a very bad words and saying about our orgnization a bad things

i can get there emails but i would like to know who are they and what do they do also if posibal to get there password or any information to know who are they and what do they want from us,,,,

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
