Build Classified Ads Site

Hi there. We need a professional talented web designer/team to create a classified ads website for us, then duplicate it onto 4 other domains to create a miniature network of 5 separate classified ad sites for separate vehicles. The site structure needs to be built just once then copied across to the other sites.
You may need to research various classified ad scripts and find one that caters to our needs. You may even need to customize and edit the chosen script or build one from scratch. We ideally prefer if you have good experience using, building and customizing classified ad websites and can show previous examples of your work.
The design must be stunning to look at and super easy to use for advertisers, viewers and admin. I have provided a more detailed description in the attached files.
We have a maximum budget of $1000 for this, please do not bid if your offer exceeds this budget. If you can give me an idea of what classified ad script (if any) you think would be suitable and your time frame for completing, and any other ways to show me your full understanding of this project, that would be great.
We are looking for a star developer/team here who can give this 100% focus and drive this project to completion without interruption from other projects. We will have more projects available after the completion of this one. Looking forward to seeing your previous examples and working with you on our sites.
