The theme chosen is one that is already customizeable in the WP Admin. So, most of the customization will be done in the SETTINGS within the administrator. The only change to this theme will be in the header content itself, all other styles are good.

Theme for WP (Atahualpa 3.3.2):

Outside of the Theme's admin settings - a few template modifications will likely be needed to add the top menu and reposition the RSS Links. Please look over the image attached as well as the theme itself in order to know what is needed for this small project.

The header and site should be 1000px wide, but the gradient image (blue to white) should extend 100% of the browser header area. The header itself is only 250px in height (even though the image sent is 400px). Please make sure that is the way the template is designed.
