1. We have a wordpress theme and need it customized to meet requirements. Here is the theme we have:

I will provide with all the customization details by email. So provide me your skype id and email address so we can chat today.
2. Once a delivery date is agreed, you have to meet the deadline on time.
3. We expected daily screenshots of your progress. This is required 2 times per day or you have to host the project on your own server so we can reveiew the progress everyday. I need to see you working on this task fulltime.
4. 5 key customization of layouts. Very simple adjustments.
5. Installing of banner add plugin and setup. Also need a few other plugins installed. All standard plugins. All easy if you have done this before...
6. No redesign is needed. Theme will be provided with all the files etc
7. Second phase: Possible creation of content if you have strong photoshop skills, this is second phase and will be billed separately. You are required to pass a simple test tasks in Photoshop for this phase.
8. If successful you will be given 5 more similar wordpress tasks and ongoing work for possibly 1 year.
Provide samples of your wordpress work which you feel is your best work. We will continue discussion using email and IM. So private message me with you IM details (Skype).
