MailChimp + NDOT Deals Integration

I am currently running a customized version of NDOT Deals Groupon clone. There is an automated email configuration, as well as a daily newsletter that is sent out to the subscribers (also automated via Chron)... I need some one that is able to integrate MailChimp API into my website.
They will need to make sure that the daily automated newsletter goes out. As well as the automated emails stay automated.
There is already html templates created for all the emails, which need to be kept.
Any existing subscribed email, as well as any new subscriber email, needs to automatically be merged with mailchimp as well..
Basically i am looking for a complete integration of MailChimp with my Ndot Deals Clone script...
Also The sooner this can be completed the better.. I am looking to hire some one quickly... The longer it takes the more it hurts my business..
