I pitched this project to an undisclosed Ivy League university in North America and was well awarded.
I need a website where people log-in using their university e-mail and password or create a new password. They should have the choice of creating profiles and an option to chat.
Also I need someone who can take the above features to iOS and Android as applications (apps). Creating WindowsPhone and BlackBerry10 apps will be considered as well.
