A non-profit is in need of an integreated website with an easy to use interface based in Wordpress to take applications, update progress, and notify of shipping.
Must have an online application form that accepts uploadable documents and is intuitive for a clientele that is not tech-savvy.
Must have a way to accept payment.
Must be able to be updated similar to a store- when a customer has been approved through the back-end a notification needs to be sent to their email.
Must provide a way to work with a shipping client or app that can notify, by clicking a box for each client, when the package has shipped and a tracking number. We use USPS.
Must be a secure website since senstive data is being submitted.
WOuld like to have it be a log-in website so that clients can log-in to see their application's progress.
