I'm looking for a web designer with experience in customizing templates, (preferably experience in designing or customizing templates in Joomla or Wordpress).. I'm not too familiar with web designing, however, the files I believe that may need customizing are (PHP, HTML, CSS, TPL)..?!
The customization involves changing color scheme/format/images from a generic template...
