I am located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and I need a real estate website designed similar to [login to view URL] or better.

As you can see under the property search option of the website [login to view URL] it's backlinked to [login to view URL] .

On the website I also want a section where clients would fill out certain information, such as full name, email address, looking to buy or sell? house or condo or other? how many bed rooms? etc.. and all this information would then be emailed to me so I can follow up with client.

Please write in detail what you can do for me and how much will it cost, also if you had desgined other real estate websites in the past please list these website URL's so I can review them.

Also please let me know what language will you design it in, html? flash? php? other?
