Simple Wordpress underconstruction page for website

Hi there, I would like to set up a Simple "under construction" page for wordpress using our custom background and also a notify me/subscribe box for people to put their email address so that we can contact them. We also need to be able to input our own customization social media (fb, twitter and youtube) icons that link to our pages.
Quite a simple job, and if someone can find the right theme and alter it to get the right balance that we want.
