Videogame List and Social Website

I am looking to have a web site built that can perform a variety of functions. It's main goal is to be a social networking site based around user lists of videogames they've played. Basically, a videogame themed version of this site:

The site should have the ability to:
-Allow for users to sign up
-User have profiles with customization options (As seen with example site mentioned above, top characters/games etc)
-Host a database of videogames as well as related items such as characters
-Be able to search and browse the database based on what type of data you're looking for (game, person etc)
-Add these data entries to each users personal list for them to keep track of games they've played
-Integrated forums
-An easy way to add new entries to the database (either moderators/admins only or via post approved user submissions)
If possible I'd like a similar design and layout to the site mentioned above, maybe a bit more sleek but containing most of the features, if not a few extra.
I already have a URL registered with a hosting service, I just need the actual site built. Thank you.
