Design a Web2.0 based portal using php, ajax, mysql, apache.
Portal to be used as a Real-Time System Monitoring for regularly updated mysql table data.
Project Overview and Requirements:
Develop the Framework for the Portal with Dashboard style user configurable main page to monitor data in real time from various tables on one page.
Design should be scalable and modular.
Required Functionality:
User registration and login form
View available modules from menu and ability to add them to your main page
Dashboard style main page
Ability to drill down to specific data in a table
Ability to view Graphs from table data
Ability to subscribe to email alerts for data exceeding certain threshold
More features to be added later.
Admin features should include:
Approve registration requests
Assign roles to users such as level 1, level 2, super user, admin, etc.
Post messages or alerts to the main page
