Website layout(script) & graphic design_women oriented

Hi there,

I need a basic website layout (script) and graphic design that helps us reveal information about purchase habits and behaviors in women over 50 by using a rating system and a poll system (these systems/applications already exists and will be purchased just to add script on the main website script)

• Approximately 6 pages.

• Same template.

• The website design must be user friendly, allowing the users to rate different products, brands and services.

• Site must be extremely interactive and visual.

• Cleanliness

• Provide a sense of comfort when browsing the site

• Visually Interactive

• Register section

• Newsletter section

• 2 banner design

On the administration side, we must be able to self manage the polls and products/services/categories/brands to be rated (including images) .

• All the information we collect from the polls and rates should be easy exported to Excel files.

• We will be using [url removed, login to view] on my site, so interested ones should be familiar with this App.

• We will purchasing/providing the rating system from an existent suppliers, already identified a couple but I am

open for suggestions.

Important Note for graphic design:

• Our company target Women Over 50, living abroad, Americans, Retired, Baby boomers, Annual income over USD

100K, Married, Restrictions on mobility (i.e. lack of car), and they are familiar using the internet and social

networks. Take this in consideration when designing the site.

Important Note for project scope:

• Project is in the process of briefing.

• This is the Phase 1 out of 3 of the project. Once we have collected the necessary information from this tribe, we

will develop targeted online services.

• Consider this on your bid, and also on the design, as we will need to be scalable for coming phases.

Interested ones should be familiar with online marketing to provide altrenatives for what we are looking for in this stage of the project.
