Website migrated to Wordpress for a moving company

I am looking for an expert/team that is/has a Creative Designer and a Wordpress Expert.
Currently have a client that has a website that was coded with Opencube. It is a moving company. The site currently has 25-35 pages of content. I have ftp credentials.
I am looking to have this site converted to Wordpress and want it to look very nice and clean. I would prefer someone with experience in building websites for companies in the service industry (moving companies, plumbers, ac contractors, dentists, doctors, lawyers, etc). If this project is handled well and I like how you do work, it will lead to a few other projects I have.
We can either use a Wordpress template theme or a custom theme.
Needs:
-3 images for Homepage slider
-color scheme to match the logo and look professionally done
-contact form on every page towards the top (possibly next to an image slider)
-logo on top left and phone number on top right
-would like to use some sort of Google Font
-add social media links
-show payment methods
-show logos of affiliates
-request an estimate form page
-overall, make the site look clean
