Wordpress Programmer needed for on-going position

I am in need of a freelancer to do on-going Wordpress work. The work will require back-end organization as well as front-end adding of inventory, modifications, updates, etc. I already have the details of the first project, so I need someone to begin work ASAP.
The site is already built in Wordpress and, as stated, will require continuous modifications and updates on a weekly basis
I need a freelancer that will work on an hourly basis, has a good track record, and is trustworthy. I must be able to trust this person as this has a strong possibility to be a permanent contract.
The selected candidate must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
