video contest

Hi - I have been trying to purchase some sort of ready made script to host video contests for the last month until I came across the project previously worked on here:

'Hi I'm looking to have a video contest script created that pulls video and details of the video from YouTube. It will look / work similar to [url removed, login to view]

People submitting their videos for my contest will have to upload their video to their YouTube account.

To submit their video to me, they will fill out a form where i'd like to collect their name, e-mail, address, DOB, video title, url to video on youtube & a how they found out about the contest. I want to be able to review and accept or decline their submission before it displays live on my site. Approved would obviously display on my site and declined would not.

When a video is playing on my site I would like to allow guests / users that are watching the video the ability to vote/rank the video on a scale of 1-10 with one being worst and 10 being best. Additionally I'd like for users to be able to share the video via e-mailing the url to friends or sharing via various social networking sites such as facebook, twitter, digg, delicious, & stumble upon. The share urls should be urls to our site that are search engine friendly.'

I would essentially like this script with the following additions

HOME PAGE: I was hoping that the 'home page' could have a countdown timer that would countdown to the point when the contest would close (this would be accessible in the admin section).

COMPETITION SUBPAGES: (ACCESSIBLE FROM THE HOME PAGE; ROUND 1, ROUND 2, QUARTERFINAL, SEMIFINAL) Once the competition is closed the videos would be paired and pitted against each other in a knockout contest voted by the members of the site (selectable by myself via admin pages)

These would be tabs leading to competition pages that only need to be templates that I can upload specific videos to that can be voted on by members. Members would view the videos in pairs and give each a mark between 1 and 10 BUT choose only one of the videos from each pair to progress to the next round. These pages would have a countdown timer too.

ALL OF THE PAGES NEED ONLY BE TEMPLATES THAT I CAN ACCESS FROM THE ADMIN PAGES IN ORDER TO UPLOAD MEMBERS VIDEOS . MEMBERS DO NEED TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO LOG ON AND VOTE FOR ONLY ONE VIDEO FROM EACH PAIR. WHEN THE TIMER IS UP – I COULD THEN UPLOAD THE WINNING VIDEO TO THE NEXT ROUND (PAGE TEMPLATE), WHERE EACH MEMBER WOULD GET ANOTHER VOTE TO CHOSE THEIR FAVOURITE VIDEO FROM EACH PAIR.

Members would only get the chance to vote once when viewing each pair of videos, but there can submit a score between 1-10 as frequently as possilble.

I am not proficient with programming at all so any advice etc would be great.
