Excel data transfer between sheets

We currently use an excel spreadsheet as a database to record relevant information about our clients. It is organised so the information about a particular client (ie age, address etc) is contained along the same row and the information is grouped by column providing a separate cell for each piece of information about the client. This information is contained in sheet 1. Sheet 2 contains a work order that forms the basis of our problem. A new work order is prepared each time we see a client (currently hand written!!).
We would like to automate the preparation of the work orders whereby data from certain cells within the row of a particular client (like their name, age etc.) is transferred to the relevant cell in the work order on Sheet 2. The tricky bit is we would like the cells in Sheet 2 updated with the relevant information whenever a row is highlighted (or a cell within the row is pressed or some other easy trigger). This would allow us to simply highlight the row (or trigger), open sheet 2 and press print with all of the relevant information already transferred from Sheet 1 to the correct cells within sheet 2 (the work order).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
