Wordpress conversion of existing website

I need an expert wordpress coder to create a pixel perfect wordpress theme to transfer my existing site to the wordpress platform.
The website has 5 different tabs, (pages) with a number of pictures. (I will send the link to the website select bidders).
This is exactly what I need done:
• Convert my existing website to wordpress theme EXACTLY
• The site has an ecommerce functionality linked to paypal checkout. This will need to be implemented in new site.
• You will need to implement my provided graphics, taking note to keep design, fonts etc. consistent.
• Implement all pages (home, shop, delivery, login, contact us).
• Implement the web form to automatically contact me when filled out.
• Link website to existing domain/hosting account.
