Re-create Wordpress website using new code provided and move server

I have a website that is built with Wordpress - see details in the attached file. It is a simple site, just a few pages with a blog.
A designer has updated the HTML code for this site. So now I have nice, clean, responsive HTML5 & CSS code.
Attached are the 3 template files containing the new code -- homepage and 2 inner pages. As you will see, the look-and-feel of the site is not really changing. This is just a code upgrade.
I need you to:
1. Create a new Wordpress website, identical to my existing website, using the new templates files
2. Create the new website on a new host (I will give you the details)
3. Demonstrate that the new site is working fine, so that I can migrate my URL to the new site
