It MUST use AAC+V2 audio technology and be cross browser compatible and be able to be played from any desktop/ laptop etc.
Must be stereo audio..

This will be launched from off site links. Must be easy to update. (Backend friendly)
Design will be done in photoshop and you will use my psd. Will be very similar to the one on khigh.
