Modify a signup form file in django -- 3

We need a django developer who can modify a nav bar and a signup form using the sketch image below. Whenever a new user registers, we want to be able to approve and/or disapprove their registrations from within the admin. The modified signup form would be made into 3 steps/pages and the fields with red aesthetic are the user details we want to see in MailChimp. All fields are required. When we approve or disapprove a registration, we will send an email to the user informing them their registration has been approved or disapproved with a custom message. For the time being, we will hide “DO NOT DELETE” the Facebook signup / signin options.
