Hi there,
My company, Parmar Exports Ltd., is an Indian company. I want to import some fitness products in to India and need some research on how to set this up. I need an analyst who lives in India who knows the market that can gather this research for me.
What I need to know is the following:
1. Import rules and regulations. Duties. Time frames involved. Clearances required. (For fitness equipment specifically)
2. Information on Infomercials in India. Which networks air infomercials, at what times, how much do they charge, what is their contact information?
3. Fulfillment companies in India. Need list of reputable fulfillment companies in India including contact information that handle entire ordering process for my product for infomercial. Need company that can handle phone calls from customers, take orders, take payments, store products at their facility, and ship products. I would also like to know each of their services and rates provided.
4. Production companies in India. Need list of reputable production companies in Mumbai, India including contact information that can create high quality low cost infomercial for me. I would like to know ball park how long it would take for them to film my infomercial and guestimate on costs.
5. Manufacturing companies. Need list of reputable manufacturing companies in India including contact information that can manufacture my product locally in India. If I provide them sample I would like them to tell me if they can recreate and also for how much. This would be for fitness products.
6. Manufacturing information and taxes. I need to know the requirements, regulations, taxes, incentives, etc for manufacturing my product in India.
7. Fitness stores, fitness product distributors and wholesalers. I need a complete list including contact information for all fitness stores, fitness product distributors and wholesales in India.
8. Celebrities. I would like to get a celebrity brand ambassador for my product. How can this be arranged. Preferably a famous male boxer or male actor. Which celebrities normally do this kind of stuff? how much do they charge? how can I contact their representative?
9. Infomercial companies. Need list of reputable infomercial companies including contact information that provide turnkey service to sell my product in India. For example Telebrands India is a company like this. What similar companies are there in India if any?
10. Advertising options. What are the main advertising options in India for Radio and Print. Please provide lists of names, and contact information, and rates for advertising.
