I need 100+ links to a website with a Minimum average of PR3 Rank.
GOOGLE and MSN One-way/Backlinks Only.
* None of the links can be dupplicated.
* They all must come from different class-C IPs.
* Links cannot be from Adults, gambling, forums, FFA, Link farms, no Casino, gaming, sites with illegal contents, or newly listed directories. You got the idea.
* Links must be free and Permanently listed.
* Content of sites must be related.
After submissions, I will need to verify links for legitimacy and to ensure they're appropriate before any payments. So please do not ask for payments until you can prove your work.
I will also need confirmation for GOOGLE and MSN backlinks before the payment. I'd prefer someone who can deliver within 30 days or less. No tricks or black-hat SEO please.
