We go out, look through our databases as well as the mainstream job board databases on the market, advertise the role in as many places as we can to ensure maximum exposure. We then match people to your jobs and get them to apply for your position which will be advertised on [url removed, login to view] – when relevant and only relevant candidates come through; we send them over to the client, with their contact details, for the client to arrange interviews etc. It’s a brilliant service. One which has just launched but that is already benefiting pubs, restaurants, nightclubs & contract catering firms up and down the country.
