Fast Income Generation for Search Engine / Google Adwords / Motivated Seller Lead Generation Experts

The objective is to generate 20 leads from homeowners located in England, United Kingdom so I can contact them with the purpose of buying their house for my Property Investment Business. Leads are responses from people who have been directed to my website and completed a form inquired for further information on selling their house fast. I then take these leads and negotiate with them to convert to qualified deals - I am interested in deals in Birmingham, England but if they are in other areas of England I will sell them to other Property Investors for on average $100 so they are not wasted! I used to use google adwords to generate these leads but now I'm looking to diversify with different ways of lead generation.
