I have several Win32 API projects. I was earlier working with another developer on two projects. But, this developer has been giving me problems, disappears for long periods of time and doesn't live up to the given commitments.

I'm looking for developers who can work along with me on several projects. I have 18 years of experience with Windows API myself, but have several projects where I cannot dedicate time.

The ideal candidate will have excellent exposure to Win32 API and C++ apart from a sound foundation in Windows architecture, with access to software tools for the job
